Pilates with Shawn

Join a class of three or bring two friends, for a full body workout. All levels welcome. Group classes are a great way to add a second pilates session in weekly + cost effective. Prepaid 5 session cards to sign up for classes. Classes offered morning and evening based on client request. Instructor plans a circuit of mixed machines for the workout + no week is ever the same! Small class still includes individual attention.

GROUP CLASS OF 3

Private 1:1 Session

Beginner to advance and full body workout that includes rotation, balance, mobility + strength.

First appointment includes gait and postural analysis, followed by short intro workout. If working with a PT,

I encourage you bring their contacts and info so I can maintain communication with your therapy needs. Short medical history and goal setting will be needed to program a bespoke workout to suit your needs and goals.

Two person session

Book a 2 person session from beginner to advanced. 55 min full body using any of the pilates machines in the studio. Bring a friend, partner, spouse, buddy or parent. We will work to suit both levels and needs.

**Grip Socks are required to use the machines for sanitation and safe practice. Don’t forget a sweat towel and hydration

Cancellations accepted.  Late cancel ( within 12hrs of booking) are charged in full.  I do my best to accommodate you or rebook you that week when available.  Please arrive 5 min early to start on time.
