Private 55 min session

Work 1:1 Full body workout that includes rotation, balance, flexibility, strength, posture, plus. Designed for you and your level. First session includes posture + gait anyalsis, medical history + goal setting with a short workout.

Group of 3- Mixed circuit

Book a group class for 3 or join one of my group classes, as we use a variety of pilates machines to work full body in 55 min. All levels. This is a great way to mix in a second pilates workout weekly.

55 min session for 2 clients working on same goals.

Bring your friend, partner, parent + the workout will cater to both levels to challenge your session.

About

My personal pilates and functional training has grown from a lifetime of exposure on my own journey as a college swimmer and 22 years as a age group triathlete. My passion for fitness extends from marathon running, to ocean swim races and exploring Mt Tam hiking and biking. I live for being outside and moving. I found pilates to be my foundation for preventing overuse injuries and I credit it for my longevity in sport. It kept me strong for over 54 Half Ironmans!

My background as an athlete shapes my interest in the biomechanics of human movement. My pilates comprehensive training is a hybrid from Stott and Balanced Body education. Using other certifications that I have, allows me to create a bespoke workout for each client. TRX, OOV pilates, CORE ALIGN, SCI Zebrafish foundational movement, and NASM personal training .

All are welcome to work with me and find your path to fitness. That includes teens, SCI athletes, sports specific, Rehab injuries, and new to fitness clients. Lets build a stronger version of you.
